The development of investment areas within the frames of the project "Development of investment areas in the region of Czapliniecka and Cegielniana street in Bełchatów" has been completed. The total surface of the prepared areas for investment reaches almost 15ha. Within the frames of project realization the investment areas-Czapliniecka zone-were developed in terms of sewerage network, supply and water network. Two electrical power sewage pumping stations and a retention reservoir were built. Furthermore, harvesting and planting of trees was made as well as the surface of road lane at ul. Cegieniana was reproduced.

The mobile application Bełchatów Invest Planner is now ready. The application is the first tool in Poland elaborated for the investors searching for the right location for their investment (ie. for the production plant or service centre). Thanks to the application it will be possible to easily and at any point in time find out information about current investment offer of the city of Bełchatów, its infrastructure, maps of the area, educational offer of the city and statistical data.
Within the frames of the project" Increase of attractiveness of investment areas in Bełchatów-Czapliniecka Zone", co-funded from the funds of the European Fund of Regional Development, under the Operational Programme Innovative Economy, a mobile application will be launched. The application will allow for increasing the availability of data on the presented investment possibilities.
On the 21st and 29th of November of this year a number of trainings were held in Łódź under the name " Local government diplomacy as a tool for promotion of Poland in China". The project was co-funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RP in the frames of the realization of the public task " Support of civil and local dimension of the Polish foreign policy in 2013". The project was targeted at the personnel of the local territorial government units, the institutions from business environment and members of the Regional Assembly. The trainings were conducted by experts from the Unit of East Asia of the Department of International and Politycal Studies of the University of Łódź.
